Hi, I'm only 7 weeks pregnant and I'm unsure if I can eat pizza? I have to go my brother in laws for dinner tomorrow and they're getting pizza. They don't know I'm pregnant. If anyone can help? Thanks

I been wondering that too .. I been craving a lot of junk and believeing its bad I am taking a test today and if its positive i'ma eat healthy I don't care if having some junk food is bad or not i'm just stay healthy.

Except for the high fat content (& carbs if you've got GD), there's nothing wrong with eating pizza. Everything in moderation. But being pregnant, you want to strive for a healthy well balanced diet. Common foods you should avoid eating while pregnant are raw or undercooked meat or seafood; unwashed fruits or veggies; raw eggs; papaya; soft cheeses and unpasteurized dairy foods; fish that may contain mercury such as shark, swordfish, tilefish, and king mackerel; and raw sprouts.

Hi, had the pizza and wasn't very nice so won't be eating it again for a while!

I dont think theres anything wrong with pizza. I've been craving it but havent had any yet.

pizza actually have a lot of healty things to it too if you choose the toppings correctly, but yes, moderation is key. Don't eat it every week or every day...but once in a while a vegetarian pizza is just fine...avoid feta cheese though : (
