so your chowin' down on fast food for breakfast? Thats fine if you wanna gain weight..unless your one of those who will most likely stay thin. But you should eat healthier. Before I go to work every morning I get up early enough to cook some bacon and hash browns from a regular potato I slice up. Then on my break I snack on a banana, apple, grapes, or whatever fruit I feel like. I drink only water all day at work. As for meal ideas I'd say just be creative. I think for breakfast any fruit or natural, old fashioned oatmeal ( not the flavored instant kind ) is good, english muffins with some natural preserves, eggs and hashbrowns and heavier breakfast foods is better if you cook it at home yourself cause then your not eating all those bad fats and stuff. Common sense should tell you to eat more wholesome fresh fruits and veggies. More water....no sodas, chips, cookies ( junk food ). Nuts and seeds are extremely good and healthy for you and baby. I always have a can of frsh unsalted sunflowers seeds or mixed nuts. They are quite filling and nutritious. I have an office job and I sit all day. I have a bad munchy habit and eating htis way at work has helped alot. If I ate candy and soda and junk all day I probably would've gained 20 pounds already. Eat smart !!

No Im not eating it it just sounds good. I havent been eating fast food. I usually dont eat out. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and run and lift weights. Im not a big person I only weigh 105 and 5'' and I havent gained any weight yet. Hopefully I can get some ideas what I can eat so I dont gain way to much weight and eat healthy for the baby.
