I'm quite a fan of tea so I started looking all that stuff up. Green tea is NOT safe during pregnancy. There is some evidence that the active ingredient in Green Tea may affect the way your body uses folate. Since folate is so important to the fetus it is best avoided. A cup or two of regular caffinated black tea is safe, but there is also evidence that too much caffeine can increase your chances of miscarriage by 60%. I hope that helps!! Good luck!

Try peppermint tea. It has a nice flavor and can also settle your stomach!
