Is It Bad To Eat Peanuts During Pregnancy

I have read that Peanuts is bad for Pregnant woman ?? Is that true ?? I have found the webpage below. It seemed true ?? I am worried because my pregnant wife had been eating peanut butter.

I asked my mid-wife about this last week. There should only be a concern if there is a history of peanut allergies in your family. Once you have introduced it into your diet, then stopping won't make a difference. Many books will telly you that peanut b___ter and toast is great healthy snack during pregnancy. Did your doctor give you a list of what to stay away from? I would just refer to the list...or you can always give your doctor a call...that's what they are ther for. You can't put yourself in a bubble. There is so much paranoia with pregnancy these days....good luck....
