Are these two products safe to eat while pregnant? I was wondering because of the eggs in the ingredients.

Anything like that in ma__s production is pasturized, you're fine. It's only homemade stuff like mayo or dresssing with raw eggs that are dangerous.

doc told me that anything pasteurised is fine, shop bought mayo, soft cheeses, cheesecake etc, but be careful if you get anything homemade from deli counter, restaurants, sandwich bars etc

Thanks so much for the help. I don't eat a lot of mayo but it helps to know. I think at Subway that I will stick with mustard just in case instead of mayo and also I think I should stay away from the donair sauce sold at pizza places.
