Need Diet HELLPP

First off, 3 weeks ago to the day I gave birth to a PERFECTLY healthy, happy little boy, weighing 8lbs 9oz... BUT, before I was pregnant, I was unknowingly anorexic with a little bit of bulemia thrown in... I was oblivious to it, i thought I had problems with my stomach that made me vomit everything up, but it was all a mind thing... The only person who knew was my at the time boyfriend, and he was too afraid to tell me, because not long after I got pregnant, he broke up with me, we remained friends, and I was such an emotional wreck from that and hormones, and before then my mind was just so set in my ways i wouldnt have listened... I have ALWAYS been very very thin, so it wasnt a far stretch for me to get there, and I wasnt extremely anorexic, but I was nearly fainting several times a day, every day, ect... Before I got pregnant I weighed 85lbs at 5'4" (my small frame, "normal" weight would only actually be 97 or so) I overcame all this after the morning sickness left, on my own, still unaware of my previous condition.. torwards the very very very end of my pregnancy my ex finally mentioned that he thought I used to have a problem, and that he could tell me now since i HAD fully overcome it (we still lived together until about a week before i gave birth) and I took it as an insult and threw it aside til it actually dawned on me that what he said was right. So what i want to ask is if anyone can point out a healthy, and easy diet... By 2 weeks postpartum I have lost ALL of my pregnancy weight, minus a little healthy fat, and have my pre-eating disorder body (but with stretch marks lol) hovering right around 100lbs. But the last few days I've had that familiar blacking-out feeling constantly, and I know its because of me not eating... not for the previous reasons, but just because of being so tired from being a new, and single mom, with very little help. I dont have the time or energy to make real meals, and no one around that can help me out in the cooking department... I REALLY dont want to fall back in to what I was before. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could try doing, and a way to motivate myself to make SURE i eat all my meals every day, rather than something small like a bagel or a cup of yogurt just once or twice a day?

Like you I shed my pregnancy pounds quite quickly, and it's good if you add fatty foods and fluids to your diet. Are you b___stfeeding? You need water, milk, juice, anything to keep your fluids up. As for food, add fatty foods to whatever meals you take throughout the day. If you like avocado, eat that as a snack, and see what kinds of nuts/seeds you like. The best are cashews, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. Eat these with your salad and meal. Eat b___ter cookies if you like, two or three for a snack. Don't overindulge. Take a multi-vitamin daily, those prenatal vitamins are still good for you. Get lots of different kinds of fruits and veggies so that you don't get bored with same old same old.
