I AM CURRENTLY IN THE ARMY RIGHT NOW AND AFTER I HAVE MY BABY I WANT TO STAY IN SHAPE SO I CAN STAY AT MILITARY WEIGHT AND PHYSICAL FITNESS STANDARDS... HOW CAN I NOT GAIN TOO MUCH WEIGHT DURING PREGNANCY BUT STILL HAVE A HEALTHY BABY??? WHAT TYPES OF EXERCISES SHOULD I DO??? WHAT SHOULD I EAT???

Just don't go overboard with "eating for two". Do not diet! It will take you several months to get back into shape, but you will bounce back faster than most people because you are so fit already.

Never diet when pregnant!!! And join a pregnancy fittness cla__s and you will find youll proberly be in good shap and recover quicker. if you diet youll starve your baby and if you over do excersice you harm the baby and hurt yourself. You will not stay at milertray standards while pregnant and trying to is HARMFUL!
