I was wondering if anyone knew of safe excersises to do to reduce the lovehandles that I've been developing lately? I don't mind the belly sticking out front, but it's out to the side I'm not liking too much! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I found a eliptical cross trainer works good. I do 30 minutes or so a day, give or take.

I have noticed these too! Although I haven't been good about getting to the Curves Gym the last few weeks so I'm going to get myself back on track.
