Do prenatal vitimans make your hair grow faster than normal. How are they different from multi vitimans?

From what I understand, prenatal vitamins can, and do, make your hair and nails grow faster (and stronger). They are not especially different from multi-vitamins, just specifically tailored to giving your body what it needs for the baby and the pregnancy. Also, vitamins cannot or should not give you a false positive on a HPT because the HPT detects the HCG hormone, which is not something you can get from the vitamin.
