Sickness Will Baby Still Get Enough Nutrition

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and am sick in the evening after dinner about 3 times a week. Other times, I can't eat much due to all day nausea. I feel bad because I feel that my baby won't be getting enough nutrients. I am taking a pre-natel vitamin but I don't want to rely on this. Is anyone else feeling like this?
