They say to stay away from anything that is hot like the sauna, hot tubs etc. b/c it can raise your temp which is dangerous for your baby.

I think you're supposed to be careful of an aromatherapy oils a ma__seuse may use, and make sure to let your ma__seuse know that you are pregnant.
