plz help... - January 17

my mum advised me to use this lotion seeing as she turned into a road map after me and stretch marks are hereditary.......so i used it day and night for over a week.....and started to get extreamly itchy everywhere that i had used it....with a faint rash coming up, mainly in my belly button.....that turned very sore. so i stopped using it.....has anyone else had this reaction to palmer's cocoa butter lotion for stretch marks? i absolutly hate itchy skin and not being able to treat it. oh, and im 14 weeks if thats any guide, cheers for ur info.

i heard that olive oil works just as well.. it keeps ur skin moist and makes it be more elastic so it can stretch without causing stretchmarks.. it all depends on ur body but u can try it as it is natural and i dont think it causes allergy

I have discovered I cannot use anything with mineral oil in it as it makes me beak out in a rash. Palmers has mineral oil in it. I am now using sunflower oil and soybean oil with Vitamin E and I have no more ithcies.
