I am 23 weeks at this point, and have not weighed in a couple weeks, but last time I went to the doc (at 21 weeks).....I had gained 14lbs. I am tall (5'10"), and you can not tell I have gained that. The doc is fine with my gain so far.

I am 29 weeks and gained only 1 lb so far (5' 1", 106 lb for pre-preg size) but doc. says my baby is on track and just fine. I didn't gain more than 8 lb for the last pregnancy and had a 7 lb baby, so I'm not worried about this time either.

28 weeks and 19 lbs, but all of those 19 lbs have been in the last 2 months!! I guess 19 so far total isn't bad, but if I keep going like this I won't be too happy!

31 weeks and 50 lbs. Not kidding. I have not had any control over my weight gain throughout this pregnancy. No matter what I do...the weight piles on. I'm guessing by the time it's over my total gain will be about 70+/- UGH! Anyone else out there gain that much? help!

This really isn't a healthy forum for anyone. There are obviously people out there who are having trouble gaining too much weight or not enough weight. Just because someone out there has gained a lot or a little doesn't mean they are doing something wrong or are lying. Different bodies present different pregancies and thus different weight gains. Just because one person weighs 100 lbs and only puts on 20 doesn't mean another 100 lbs person is doing something wrong if they gain 50. Offer your advice, don't make them feel bad by telling them they're doing something wrong or lying.
