Consuming Tea Is Harmful

i am taking 1 cup of tea in the morning does it effect my pregnancy or it may cause any problems help me if any1 know about it

You should limit the amount of caffine in your diet or stay away from caffine all together. Try herbal tea. Raspberry leaf tea is verry good for you while pregnant. It tastes similar to black tea but much milder.

recommended teas during pregnancy: red raspberry leaf, dandelion leaf & root, rosehips, stinging nettle, alfalfa, oatstraw, red clover, chamomile. or a combination of such.

green tea is not on the recommended list :o( but i guess that's because of the caffine it has in it.

Limit your caffiene intake. And I recomend Raspberry tea if anything. It will help with labor.
