Hi mummys, im 9 - 1/2 weeks and i feel horrible. Iam trying to eat healthy so i know its not that im over endulging on the wrong foods..but all of a suddern i just feel like ive put on so much weight on my bum and hips this early on!..i have been doing gentle swimming twice a week but should i be doing more? The thing is i had an ectopic pregnancy, then 3 months later i had a misscarage at nearly 3 months pregnant, so you see ive stopped work and the gym compleatley as i felt like i did too much last time. I have a 5 year old which keeps me busy doing the school run and things. My 3 month scan date is 12th march!.. feels like ive been waiting for ever.
