Hi I'm a first time mum and I've been up all night with gastro and feeling nausea I'm 16 wks preggers. Went to the after hours doctor this morning and he gave me gastrolyte and told me to drink lots of water and no food for 24 hrs. Still feeling terrible and wondering if I should go to the hospital???
