How Much Water Do I Have To Drink

i know we're supposed to drink alot, and i always have really low blood pressure because i don't drink enough when i pregnant, and now i'm 13 weeks with twins, with really low blood pressure and really bad headaches, both of which my dr said are because i don't drink enough. so ,to make a long story short how much am i supposed to drink?

Drink as much water as you can I drink about 4lt of water plus a liter of milk. More fluids you take less fluid is retained in body so it prevents swelling of hand and feet, heart burn etc.

64 ounces is the recommended amount of water per day.

thanks for the advice. you really drink 4 ltr water A DAY?! how can you get so much down? i don't think i drink half of that and i feel like i swallowed a swiming pool. a that's besides bathroom trip every half hour!

2 liters is plenty. 48-64 ounces is the same amount I keep seeing on all pregnancy sites which would be equal to 2 liters. 2 liters even feels like a lot to me. If you can drink more than that then more power to you!! Good luck and bottoms up!

I try to drink more than 2 L per day. If you get dehydrated it can cause pre term labour.
