Not Knowing You Are Pregnant The First Three Weeks

I stopped taking the pill 2 1/2 months ago after being on it for ten years. I haven't gotten a peroid yet, but i did have very sore br___ts, cramping and dizzyness for 2 weeks, but now nothing. My concern is knowing when i'm going to ovulate or when i'm going to get my period, and if i do get pregnant but think think i still have 'post pill ammenorhea', then how do i know when to take the pregnancy test? Stop drinking coffee? stop drinking the afternoon beer? Start taking the right vitamins? and start treating my body like i am pregnant? I never really thought that it would be so worrysome!

Hi there, Take a pregnancy test if you keep having those symptoms just to confirm yes or no, and id recommend stop drinking daily anyway if you are ttc...Sometimes it can take a few months for your body to get back into the swing of things after being on the pill. Limit your coffee intake (and other caffiene ie: coke, tea, choccy) to 1-2 cups a day at most or stick to decaff. See your dr if your worried.
