I'm a vegan and therefore eat lots of soy. I've heard of some women taking soy isoflavens to enhance fertility and I've heard that high amounts of soy can inhibit it? Is there a difference between soy isoflavens and other soy products?

I'm also a vegan, but I can tell you right now that soy is bad for you. No joke. Look up on this and see that soy is not healthy at all.
