hi. i am 18 weeks, had my amnio this week, and i am havign really bad period cramps-- on one side and running down my leg. very uncomfortable. everything says not to worry without spotting, but is this pain normal?

yes, this is very normal, i had a amnio also, and was uncomfortable for a while after, i too was very worried, as i was just 15 at the time with my 1st, i just recommend doing what idid, and get as much rest as possible although i know this is hard with 2 other children
