4 Days Late Alittle Dicomfort And Some Symptoms

I am four days late on my period and I have light cramping in my abdomen and it doesnt really happen throughout the day it just happens when i lay down.... and its on both sides of my abdomen its really light and doesnt really bother me it jsut always there when im laying down. Is this normal? I have also been sleeping alot and peeing alot.
