I have been haveing the worst nausea. I have to litterally force myself to eat!!! The only thing I can keep down is Soups like chicken noodle or tomatoe.I've been eating soup for breakfeast,lunch,snack,dinner!!!!! I'm a little ok with eating the canned pineapples and mixed fruit. I've been takeing my vitamins regularly though.Is this kind of food healthy enough for my growing baby??? I'm just getting sick from the thought of food, the smell of it and makes me gag and when I see any commericials with food advertised in it, I get weak and have to leave the room.I have a dinner date tonight.We are going to the Out-Back steak house.I'm scared I'll puke everywhere!!!As of today I'm 9 weeks. Thank you all in advance for the help.

Perfectly normal. I know it really sucks....it is just morning sickness. Just eat what you can at this point. Those things you are eating is better then nothing. Eat what you can your baby will be fine...they take from you so you are the one that is going to suffer unfortunetly. Hope you get to feeling better.

your babe will take all the nutrients it needs from you. You don't have to worry about him/her---you're the one that's going to need the food. If the neasue is this bad you might want to think about asking your doc. They have some medication that'll help.

1) maybe your having twins, or 2) Maybe you should consider switching your prenatal vitamins. I'm on my 3rd brand of prenatals because the first 2 made me sooo sick, i finally found an organic brand that works for my body, a tiny bit nauseas but not throwing up at all and i feel ALOT better....all vitamins are different, it's not uncommon to have a bad reaction to some of them, the perscription ones my Dr. gave me were the WORST!...just something to think about...feel better :)

if it gets really really bad go see your doctor. There is a prescription to calm morning sickness down. I was fortunate and didnt have any morning sickness but one of my freinds had it so bad she was actually losing weight, so she went to see her doctor who gave her this prescription. I cant remember what its called. GingerAle helps a little bit, or ginger tea. Try eating ginger snap cookies, or just plain saltines. Theres also the seaband wrist bands which help for nausea, or gravol if worst comes to worst (talk to doctor before you start taking any medication). OOOH yea i just remembered about Preggie Pops. Its an all natural lolli pop thats specifically for pregnant women. Try Babies R Us, i think they carry them. http://www.threelollies.com/

what shygirly said! she's right, prenatals can make things worst. Another thing I heard you can do is instead of taking a whole pill inthe morning, try drinking half in themorning and half in the evening. Body is more able to handle the decreased dosage--less throwing up. (;
