Im in my last 10 days of pregnancy(hopefully). And I have not had a decent nights sleep in like 2 weeks. Im so tired, and jjust cant seem to fall asleep, not from pain or anything. Does anyone have any safe tips that I can try so I can maybe get one night of sleep before I go into labour?

The only suggestions I would have are: a soothing warm (not hot) bath before bed, a cup of chammomile tea? I use the Bath & Body Works Lavendar Vanilla shower gel and lotion, and it creates a nice relaxing mood. Also, I find that I sleep better when I'm not in bed. We have an extremely comfy overstuffed chair that puts me right to sleep.

Naps.. naps.. naps... with my first I don't think I slept good for months before and I have a little under 2 months with this baby and am already exhaused from the lack of sleep... Good luck to you!
