Any Advice On Vulva Veins

Rather embarassing girls, but your the ones to talk to. Anyone else have these? Never had them before. Will this effect my delivery? Would I be able to have an episiotomy? Will I have to have a c section? Will they rupture? Please help.

I had and currently have these! They hurt but mine went away in the 3rd trimester plus they make you all puffy down there.
You can use ice on them. They really are just uncomfortable.
