Hey Renae28, you start to get a lot of pressure and sometimes pain in your lower pelvic/v____al region and I've found that its more noticeable when you are walking around, sort of like shock waves and achy joints. Everyone is different, but this is what I have noticed, and it feels like there is a lot more down there than usual. Hope this helps.
