How early do symptoms start.... We have been trying to have a baby and my br___t have been starting to hurt. I dont want it to be my brain playin games...

I'm 6 weeks, and noticed b___st pain only a week or so after conception, but did not think anything of it. At first my nipples were sore and a little tingly, and then the pain becoame much like it feels before my period, only worse. From what i understand the time frame varies for everyone, so it could be possible! Best of luck!
