Hi, I am now 38 weeks and i have been having back pain and cramp achyness in my lower ab. It has been going on for about 2 days off an on. I can feel the baby moving more so now than I have in the last 3 weeks or so. Do you think this could be real labor or false>

I am 36 weeks pregnant and been feeling the same thing...I dont think this is actual labor. But i would defianlty mention this to your doctor at your next appointment. But sounds like labor is coming pretty soon.
