HELP Excruciating Sharp Pains In Ribs

I'm 27 weeks and I've been having terrible sharp pains on my right side just below my ribs. I don't have any of the other symtpoms for gall bladder, liver issues, etc. Just the sharp pains that have gone way past the point of discomfort. I can't even lay on my right side it hurts so bad. Anyone have any ideas???
