I am 32wks pregnant with a little boy! sometimes in my lower abdomen i get these real bad cramps thats not preterm labor is it! I havent had any stomach tighting with it so no contractions yet!

Hi Katherine. I am 33 weeks along. I don't know if I would call what I experience cramps, but I do get pains in each side of my lower abdomen every now and again. I think it is do to stretching, sometimes it hurts to much to move but will go away after a very short time. My doctor has told me that this pain is quite normal. You should still mention it to your care provider though. Congratulations on your little boy :)
