Measuring Two Weeks Behind

I went to my OB last week at 16 weeks because of elevated BP and mild swelling. She said I was measuring two weeks behind. The baby's heartbeat was strong at 160 bpm. Has anyone else been told they were measuring behind at this point in pregnancy. This is also my first pregnancy.

I measured two weeks behind at 16 weeks too, at the ultrasound. Next time I went to the doctor's, the baby mesured in the 90th percentile, which is slighty chunky. So relax...I worried alot too.
