Well im 17 weeks and my question is....why dont i have the baby bump that a lot of women at 16/17 weeks have??? i mean im 18 and this is my 2nd pregnancy...when i was pregnant with my son i honestly didnt "pop" until the 7th month...but i did start to have a little "pouch" around 5 months...but this pregnancy i figured since it was my 2nd pregnancy that i would just have my pouch early or at least LOOK pregnant...not..."is she preggo or fat??" lol does anybody know why some women get big and some women dont?? and could it be the s_x of my baby too?? i find out on March 19th what the baby is but i heard that with boys...women dont get that big (i honestly didnt with my son) and with girls...women get BIG....is that true?? im hoping for a girl and the more i dont "pop" or whatever...the more i feel like its gonna be a boy.....anyways is anyone else in my situtation??? please respond!! no rude remarks please

Honestly- the size you get does not indicate the s_x of your baby- if it did your doctor would tell you that. As far as you not showing yet- everyone is different and your body reacts differently. I know that is not what you want to hear, but it's the truth

Its true. Everyone thought I was going to have a boy because I only gained 20 pounds during my pregnancy and only in the area of the fetus. But it was definatly a girl. And this is totally off topic, but since I am on the young side as well and just had my baby. I was curious to know how long it took you to get back to looking how you did before your pregnancy? I am greatly looking forward to looking like a normal person again, not like I swallowed a beach ball.
