Im having the same thing. I'm 15 weeks and woke up sick because the pain was so bad. I wear a sports bra to bed last night and it helps some. I took some tylenol too. But would like suggestions too.

I am 24 weeks and the pain has increased over my lower abdomen and back...this is normal, I've been told, but it's still very uncomfortable and hard to get sleep...but some back and inner thigh stretches have started to help...not sure whether this advice will help, except you get a cute little gift at the end of all this!!

I have been having terrible back pain...when I bend over it feels like someone jabbed a fork into my spine. I found something called Salonpas at the grocery store. They're little adhesive squares with menthol and camphor. You stick one where the pain is the worst, and it makes the area warm and, for me at least, relieves a lot of the pain. One of my coworkers has sciatica and she says she's used them for years. Swimming helps me too, it takes the weight of your belly off your back.
