Not Breast Feeding Has A Blocked Milk Duct

Hi ladies, had an 8 pound baby girl a week ago
yesterday. I 'm not br___tfeeding, my br___t became engorged one day (very painful) I used ice packs and a heating pad, The next day the pain was nearly gone, the swelling had nearly went down, but there was a lump in my left br___t. I know that it is a blocked duct, because with my 3 year old i suffered the same thing, i even had a mammogram, an ultrasound, to check for blood flow, everything was fine, gland was just blocked. It was the other br___t last time, anyone ever experience this?
