One Sided Lower Left Quadrant Groin Pain

I just found out i was pregnant and have had a constant dull pain in my lower left quadrant/groin area.
It feels like a ovarian cyst pain that i had back in January. How common are these? Does or has anyone had this before?
I go tomorrow for an ultrasound to make sure it's a corpus luteal cyst or i guess an ectopic preg.
I am crossing my fingers and praying.
we have been ttc for almost 2 yrs.

I had pain in this exct area from the beginning of my pregnancy and it has just started easing up at 14 weeks, I to thought it was an ectopic, but now I think it was just one of those cysts that produces the pregnancy hormone. Gosh that was really scary for me though.

Oh yeah and the reason that it would stop hurting around this time, is because this is when the placenta takes over and the cyst goes away, because it is no longer needed. Good luck!

good news it was just the cyst that produces hormones. way tooo soon to see even the sac.
checking hormones today and friday.
