Can u feel like your having cramps but no bleeding: but before this when it was time for my period this never happened

Yes all the time. You can experience cramps before your period. If your question is for pregnancy...you can experience cramps too.

i have got all the signs of being pregnant: no period, nautious and i am hungery. But took a blood test today and it was negitve what could be wrong.....

I'm feeling the same, only every once in a while I'm spotting. I'm 9 days late and the home test says it's positive. But the cramps are bad, they woke me up last night and I put heat on them. Is there anything else that can be done for the cramping. My first preg. and I know nothing. Please help. :)
