I'm a little over 7 weeks with my first pregnancy. The last few days I've had pretty sharp pains. They don't feel like the normal period cramping I had at first. These pains are all over the place. Mostly on my sides and right in the middle above my belly button. Any idea what they are or should I get worried.

Those pains could be your round ligaments stretching. I had the worst ligament & muscle pains during my first trimester. I am now 33 weeks. Hope everything goes well!
