Pain In Lower Left Back And Front

Can anyone shed some light on why I may be experiencing some aching near my ovary on mys left side? My back is also aching around the same place. I have had this before pre-pregnancy in between cycles after ovulation. It is just uncomfortable and is making me nervious. I am 4 weeks 5 days.
