I have read that it is possible to get sciatica while pregant. Is there anything I can do to alleviate my pain. It hurts so bad-standing, sitting-walking. HELP. Will it go away after my baby is born. I'm 7 months now.

Hi my friend suffers with Sciatica and when she was pregnant especially the later months she had to use a crutch to get about. once her little girl was born it did calm down a lot and only flares up every now and again
