HELLO ALL-I am sure I am not alone in my issues with lack of sleep. If my legs are not aching and kicking, my bottom hip hurts and I am flipping from side to side every 30 min. Has anyone used those pregnancy pillows and are they worth the $50? Or does anyone have any other suggestions? Anything would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

I had bad hip pain when I tried to sleep at night when I was pregnant. The snoogle pillow really helped. The only thing is that it can get really hot snuggling up with that big thing.

hello! somethingnthat i have found helpful in both of my pregnancies is a body pillow from wal-mart. its just a super long pillow that is designed to cover the lenght of your entire bed, and its only like 20 bucks! you can also talk to your ob about sleeping pills im pretty sure they make some low dosage ones just for pregnant women! good luck xoxo -christy

I bought 2 body pillows at a bed and bath store for $14 each and they work very well for my hip pain.

I have the pregnancy body pillow and it has been great. K is right though, it can get a little hot with that big thing, but i just turn down the a/c ;) I contimplated getting it since it was around $50, but i was literally waking up every hour on the hour before i bought it, so it was deffinetly worth it.

I know what you are going through I don't have a body pillow or anything b/c I didn't need one up until I was like 30 weeks b/c I didn't get big at all! Now I just use like 5 pillows and it seems to work pretty well. One for under the belly, between the legs behind my back and under my head. There are a number of things you can do but if you don't have a bunch of pillows like foxxy mommy said those body pillows are good from wal-mart!
