I'm just over 38 weeks and have really really stiff hips and ankles. I know this is somewhat to be expected with carrying the baby low, but does anyone know of things i can do to try and losen things up a bit? I get through the night by changing positions and having a pillow between the legs... it still hurts but that's the only thing i could think of. But what can i do for throughout the day? I already go for long walks....

maybe get on all 4's and circle your hips front and back (like your making a circle with your entire body) or you could sit on an exercise ball and do pelvic rotations.
