Sleeplessness And Vivid Dreams

I knew about the sleeplessness and the dreams, but I had no idea they would get this bad...Does anyone have any suggestions about making these two discomforts disappear? Any suggestions or advice are welcome.

dreaming about some black sheet like fiqure trying to smother me and feeling the b___terflies as i get flipped from my back to my stomche

I'm taking benadryl right before bed, so that I can sleep. Ask your OB first, though. What do you dream about? I keep dreaming about s_x, even though I have no interest in s_x while I'm awake.

I think I may be pregnant and I have had wierd dreams, like of me starting my period! Any help???

These are vivid dreams, like gruesome in detail...Sometimes I wake up sobbing, whimpering...It's the strangest thing...There was even one episode where I TASTED something, I really hate....I'm not getting them as much...but then I do, they are just a vivid and gruesome in detail.... My husband has started calling them the episodes of the "Weird and Wacky of the Tired And Pregnant" LOL

Lily, I am having the same issue. That is why I am on this website in the middle of night most of the time. Sometimes the dreams are so bad that it's hard to shake them and get out of bed. At the moment I'm very frustrated, because I cannot find a comfortable position to sleep in. Good luck to you.
