I have been very emotional lately, I am 20 weeks pregnant and gets angry at my husband for things I can overlook. My husband is in Germany at the moment, and I feel lonely even though he calls me 5 to 10 time a day. I feel sick and cry most of the time for about a week now, I will be going to the doc. this week but before that, any advice?

i have suffered from depression all my life. but lots of women experience depression while they are pregnant.

I am between 8 and 13 weeks, we think but these last couple of weeks I have been like a woman possessed!! One minute I am laughing my head head of and really happy, the next I am about to murder someone and then the next I can sit and cry for hours! It is driving me and my partner mad!! Does anyone have any advice? I am trying to avoid sugar as best as i can but i can't cope with it! Its like PMS but 1500 times worse!! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
