Anyone Have Know About Weird Back Pain

I have a weird shooting/moving pain through my entire back. It moves from lower back to up between my shoulder blades. It's not bad pain, but enough that I know it's there. Everything I read (miscarriages and pregnancy) say the pain is located in lower back. I am in my 6th week, and have previously had a missed m/c. My temp is still high, and my tests are still dark + but I am very scared!!! Do you think it is something serious, or could it be from gas or constipation?
