i am 31 wks and for probably the the past 2wks,i have a lot of stomach cramps.It feels alot like period cramps.They come and go all day long and even my back hurts with them.Is this normal?Im wondering if these are those braxton hicks contractions or not.can someone help me?

see cramps. there are a lot of people feeling the same way and lots of helpful tips. my dr told me to take some tylenol and a heating pad on a very low setting. i am a__suming this is normal bc no one seems to be too conserned about it when i call to tell them. as long as there is not spotting i guess it is ok just monito it.
