Am giving you an update, as promised. We saw the heart beating and the baby's size is according to age so, you ladies need not worry. We did receive discouraging news though ... something which you personally need not be concerned about. It's specific to my case. I'm lost and left with nothing to do but pray. I hope you forgive me but my mind is spinning. Ladies, if you could please pray for us (dh, baby and me). Many thanks in advance.

me too, in my 8th week, had a missed miscarraige last summer I am 35. had very sore b___bs to start with almost the day after conception, now its on and off, at night when i take my bra off they hurt for a few minutes thats all, i was so worried that I had miscarried againI called the hospital to tell them i had lost my symptons and they called me in gave me an internal exam I was six weeks, (no signs of miscarraige, they booked me in for v____al ultrasound which i had last monday (7 weeks) and the heart beat was detected. I will not be satisfied until the baby is born, i am worrying again now because the b___st tenderness has gone, i have such relief reading all your stories I am not alone, we are a nation of worriers and our developing babies are probably stronger than we are... I aso had spotting at 5 weeks and light cramping have been told this is normal......

i posted last year about this issue, symptoms subsiding at around 8 weeks. turns out a week later i spotted and miscarried. there isn't much you can do but hold on and pray that it's just surging hormones. i promised i'd come back and let you all know. good luck!

i am in my 5th week of pregnancy and only had sore b___sts for a couple of days i am in the same boat.6 months ago after 4 years of trying to concieve i did get pregnant sadly it ended in a blighted ovum.im worried out of my mind because the symptoms now are the same as they were 6 months ago soreness of b___sts faded overnight. The only symptom i stll have is frequently visiting the loo but as i was told before i will still do that until i misscarry or have another d&c because the body cannot go back to pre preganacy condtion until all products of conception are removed.I do hope it all works ot better for you and good luck

I'm so happy to read your many entries of fading b___st tenderness. I am ending my 6th week, and my b___sts were only moderately tender in weeks 4 and 5. Never did feel any sickness, and felt a little bloated in week 5, but now that's going away, too. Lately, I've felt nothing. I had spotting after intercourse (books and doctor says this is normal) and I've been cold (worried about hypothyroidism, but happy to read that at least 2 of you are also feeling cold). I can't WAIT until 3/28 when I have my first exam - why do they have to make me wait until week 8?!!! It's frustrating because I want some confirmation other than the EPT test to tell me it's true that I'm pregant.

dont worry too much, this has happened to me almost disappeared totally now, i am about 10 weeks, tenderness disappeared at 8 weeks, i have had two ultrasounds since then and both times heart beats there, doctor says some women do not even get any tenderness at all!!! its just your body getting used to the extra hormone, every woman is different but i too worried like you unnecessary, i have also had no morning sickness....

I agree - don't worry. I lost my b___st tenderness around 6 weeks and even had some spotting - I am now 16 weeks along (YAY) and everything is just fine. My tenderness came back later, and is still there but much less than it was. Surrender control - just experience this. Good luck!

Sammie and Erica, thanks for your words. I'll be sure and write again in a week and a half to update on my situation. Thanks again for your messages, though. They'll help to keep me sane in the meantime.

Well, the pregnancy is viable. I saw the little thing on ultrasound. Saw the heartbeat, but was disturbed by the doctor's comment that the gestational sac is smaller than usual. I'm off to another chat room...

Reno Sweeney - When I went for my first ultrasound at six weeks, the doctor said the fetus was smaller than it should have been at 6 weeks, pretty much freaked me out. I'm 4 1/2 months now - everything is just fine. Don't stress out too much - as hard as it might seem, work to relax and know everything will happen as it should. I'm praying for you!!

Hi Reno; Just finished reading through your posts and I was so happy to read that everything is okay. I posted on this site back in January but didn't have such good luck. I miscarried in Feb. But my symptoms were a lot worse / different than yours. I bled, non-stop for 10 days, albeit only a tiny bit, but it never went away. That apparantely is a big indicator. It is okay to spot but it shouldn't go on and on. As well, if you weren't feeling much tenderness to begin with then it's perfectly normal. I felt amazing tenderness at the beginning, and then all of a sudden mine started to fade away quickly when I started spotting. As for feeling cold, that is because it is normal for temperatures to go above 99 when you are pregnant. I don't chart but I had a look at some charts on fertility friend and a lot of women go above 99, no wonder they feel cold (or hot). I felt frozen all the time when I was pregnant. I just wanted to crawl into the bathtub. Perfectly normal. Just your hormones affecting your temperature. When I was pregnant with DS I spotted but it was only occa__sionally and this is normal. I was so freaked I had an early ultrasound and we saw the hb. So rea__suring! I am hoping to be pregnant again. My bb's feel quite tender so I have my fingers crossed and will be testing in a few more days. Good luck, I hope all is well with you and baby!
