Okay here it goes I'm 30 years old and have had ms for 3 years, my husband and I have been trying for about 1 year. Then I took three test at home and they all came out positive, then went to the doctors and they took a blood test and I was about 3-4 weeks pregnant. The question I have is when I use the restroom I get a lite pink color on the tissue almost everytime. In the last week I've been getting a brown discharge on the tissue and sometimes a dark brown string lookin thing almost like a blood clot but not nearly as big. Is this normal or should I worry.

Hey heather, congrats on your pregnancy! Just remember that 3-4wks is very very early. And brown blood means its old. What you are experiencing is probably implantation bleeding. From when the egg attached to your uterus. I think you should always tell your doc. anytime you have any kind of bleeding though. But it's probably nothing. If it's not bright red blood and if youre not having cramps or pa__sing clots I wouldn't worry. Just mention it to doc next time you go in or if it gets worse. Good Luck!

I am 11 weeks along and just today started with a very tiny amount of brown discharge.. REALLY tiny amount. I called the doctors office and they said its really nothing and not to worry about it unless it gets heavy and more red or I get a lot of cramping. I never had this with baby number one. But this time I guess its going to be different.

I dont know this may sound crazy but ive got my period on the 4 of jan really late about 10 at night which is really weird and i bleed really fresh blood, that was a bright red i useally dont blleed that way. I stayed on for 2 days afer that and just spotted a little the third day. which is really crazy because i never hyad a period like that befor. do u think i could pregnant and if i get a pt would it not pick it up becuse im bleeding or am i just loseing it.

Hi, I have a question for everyone too. I am on the pill, and my periods are regular. I haven't had my period for 7 days now after my last pill, and I have been getting a brown discharge for two days. No cramping, or even a feeling of getting a period. Now today, the discharge has gotten thinner, and there is more, but it doesn't seem like my normal period. Does anyone have any suggestion, or advice for me. I have taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative too.

I'm a married and 23. I've been on 'the pill' since March of 2005. Last month, I missed 2 pills. So I did as the instructions said and didn't have s_x for 1 week after. Last week I started having brown kind of gooey discharge (sorry for the mental image) and am really moody. I should be starting my period this week but it's not here yet. I don't want to take a test prematurely, especially since I really don't have any symtoms. Any suggestions or advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi. I'm 16 and very confused! I was on the pill for a year and then switched to the depo shot, which I got at the end of June 2005. I was s_xually active in August (always using condoms) but haven't had s_x since. I didn't bleed whilst on the depo until the beginning of September (last month of the 3 months) and that was just little bits here and there that dragged on for almost three weeks. After that I noticed a big pinkish white lump of what looked like skin coming out of my v____a. Some smaller pieces followed. It was mixed with brown discharge. I didn't know what it was but was too scared to say anything. At some point I did a home pregnancy test because I was feeling alot of the symptoms but it was negative. I don't remember if it was before or after the skin-like stuff. It took 3 months before I bled again from when I did in September. It lasted about 3 days (normal period length for me) but was quite heavy. I've just got my period again and it seriously looks like I've got yucky mud coming out of me because of how disgustingly dark dark brown and clotty the discharge is! It's only there when I wipe though. It's mixed with reddy blood and I'm on quite heavy. Is this normal at all? I'm quite worried.

My last period occured between Dec.22 and Dec 27. It was pretty normal(i.e. same cramps and I took 1-2 pills(anaprox)). It lasted 6days which is completely normal for me but in the last few weeks I've noticed some brown discharge. It's occured 2-3 times and I dunno what it is. I know I'm not pregnant as I haven't had s_x since the summer so I really don't know what it can be. I think that it could be left over blood from my period but I would like some other answers before heading out to the doctor...

ive been pregnant 4 2 weeks 1/2 and ive been havin heavy brown discharge..what does this mean

my peroid was a week late, I finally had a pale red show so asumed it was my period. I had this with some fresh red colour and very brown thick discharge. my GP took a blood test a week later and it showed faintly positive I have been trying for a baby for 3 weeks now and this has hapened in those three weeks. I am to have another blood test for a more certain result but I want to know has anyne experienced the same I am worried as I would really like another baby.

I have the same happen to me at 6 weeks. I went to the doctor and got an ultrasound. Everything was fine and it was just put down to implantation bleeding. Apparently its normal!

I am 6 weeks pregnant and everytime i urinate i have a brownish discharge sometimes a little pink. Is that normal?
