i am 36 wks and dialated to 1cm i have been having sharp pains, burning, and sensations of strong pressure in my va___al area i was wondering if it may be a sign i am dialating further and if not could someone please what they and how to releave them.

Sweetheart you cant feel it. But the pains can mean that thing are going to start to happen soon. Oe the baby has dropped and is rolling on nerves. The pressure thing is form the baby moving down. And don't worrie to much about only being 36 weeks, I had my son at 36 weeks and hes fine. And the birth went great. Good Luck, and try to get some sleep youll need it.
