im 7 weeks pregnant, had some light spotting a few days ago and for about 10 mins i had a bit of cramping, is this due to a cyst i have on my ovary or is it due to uterus expanding

Hi. I am 36 weeks and 1 day (Due July 2). When I was 10 weeks I had a lot of cramping and some dark brown discharge. I called my doctor to make sure that I wasn't miscarring and what I found out was that I had a hemorrage in my uterus, and they could not figure out what it was caused by. But you should call your doctor if you have any kind of cramping just to make sure that the baby is okay and to put your mind at ease.
