Hey evrybody! me and my bf have been ttc for 7 months now and this has been happening to me for about 2 months ...last month me and bf were having s_x and he stopped after he c_mmed and said that he got this wierd feeling that he had just gotten me pregnant! LOL! well 2 weeks later i had gotten my period so again we were both bummed and just ignored the fact that he had gotten a feeling. But the wierd thing was that my period had only lasted 3 days instead of 5 and it was alot lighter than my normal period.I took a test after and it came out negative. What was even wierder was that after my period was finished I was still having mild stomach cramps and this sort of pulling and tugging feeling in my abdomen...my stomach was alot more bloated than usual and it even hurt to sleep on my stomach...i normally have a very healthy appet_te but now I was very picky about what i ate and nothing seemed to satisfy me or taste right to me...certain smells made me want to vomit and i was very dizzy, lightheaded, and tired most the time...im expecting my period any day now and my cramps have gotten even wierder...Im fine one moment and then ill get a strong painful cramp in my lower abdomen but it only lasts for about 10 seconds but its very strong! I also have wierd sharp shooting pains in my sides. And ill get these about once evry hour. Now my appet_te has came back and im always hungry but my nipples are huge, sore to the touch, and SOOOO itchy!!! there actually getting dry because im itching them so much!!! when i wiped the other day my urine looked a litish pink so thinking i got a period i put something on but no blood came out!! I keep going to the bathroom because i feel like af is foing to start but no blood yet! Im really confused!! does it sound like im pg...Ive heard of women getting thier period the first month and then not getting one after...my boyfriend keeps telling me im not going to get it! lol...this is the first time hes telling me this kind of stuff. could someone please help me!!! ill keep you guys posted on wether i am or not! I would go see my dr because your having pains and you said your urine looked lightish pink you could have a urinary tract infection. I would test once a week until I get a BFP or my 2nd period is missed. if you are still getting negative results on a HPT and missed a 2nd period I would go see my dr for an ultrasound just to see if it is a pregnancy or another problem (ovarian cysts).

Thanks for your advice downbutnotout! I still havent gotten a period and the pain i had in my abdomen is less sore...my b___bs are still itchy and sore though...im also getting tired and nauseas now...Ive had a urinary tract infection twice before with a period and i never felt any pain at all from those two so it would be kind of wierd if im feeling pain from one now...I will consider going to the doctor for ovarian cysts though...could you tell me how you get them and what the symptoms are? thanks alot!

Almost sounds like you have a Graafian follicle cyst. But I'm not a doctor so I can't diagnose you.
There is also something called a hysterical pregnancy. That's when a woman wants to get pregnant so much that she starts experiencing pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, exhaustion and tender b___sts.
I would go see your OB/GYN.

I agree with the others on seeing your MD. Another possibility could be an ectopic pregnancy. I would make an appt - better to go in and be told there is nothing wrong than to wait until it gets worse. Several years ago, my ex-husband and I were ttc and I didn't have a period for 71 days. I wasn't pregnant according to blood or urine tests nor did I have any symptoms. However, there were other issues that could have been a concern so my doctor kept a close eye on me. I did eventually start, but we never did have a reason why I went so long between af. Better safe than sorry I say.

well you guys!!! my BF was right! IM PREGNANT! Days after i wrote that message I still never got a period so i deciced to take a pregnancy test which gave me a BIG FAT +! Today was my first ultrasound and i am currently 8 weeks with a healthy baby! The doctor said bad cramping in your first pregnancy is normal as long as theres no bleeding! So it isnt ectopic,it isnt cysts and im definetely not imagining it! Thanks for all your advice and remember to trust your instincts! God bless!
