i've been having a really dull period pain in the lower left part of my stomach off and on for the last 2 weeks or so, my neck has been feeling really weird for about 3 days (stiff and achy on one side only), really gurgly stomach, headaches, tiredness, and lots of clear/white discharge. i'm on the pill but missed two in a row earlier this month and am due to start af in about 3 days. if these symptoms are not being caused by a pregnancy, does anyone have any idea what it might be? could they be symptoms of an ovarian cyst or an infection?
